Why has Chicago only gotton worse for the black people when Liberals ran Chicago for decades?

More and more public housing in Chicago, more and more drop out of H.School, more and more blacks having more babies out of wedlock- only 30% get married. More and more gangs- up to 50,000 of them now- Chicago police have requested military to help them control it. Chicago is bankrupted!



When will the black communities WAKE UP!????Why has Chicago only gotton worse for the black people when Liberals ran Chicago for decades?

I don't see any real stats to back up your opinions? (comparisons from now to then)... you just seem to be assuming it's all worse?



overall, fewer people get married now than then and divorces are much easier to get... that's for everyone in society... so, I'm not sure how much you can blame on liberal politicans in Chicago, as it's happened everywhere for every race...Why has Chicago only gotton worse for the black people when Liberals ran Chicago for decades?
Because Chicago's government doesn't try to permanently help any of the problems the city faces; they just put band-aids over the problem and kid them that things will change, and the sense of failure and hopelessness is palpable so they don't feel like they can change anything themselves.

we're bankrupt because half the black population lives off welfare..... the whole CULTURE needs to change, how about encouraging kids to stay in school? stop the ignorance..... it will solve a lot of problems.
