You are trying to claim that Obama was the police chief, the school administrator, the county auditor, et al. He wasn't. He spent little time in Chicago, as he was in Washington doing his job. While he was a community organizer, he helped the community remove asbestos from their residences, he helped register thousands of people for community services, for voting, and helped them to understand how to petition their state and local government.
