Is it possible to download game updates through a PC and transfer them to PS3 via a flash drive?
I have a wireless DSL connection, and the connection speed isn't the greatest on my PS3, making downloading game updates fusturating. I'm writing a paper on games with customization and how players view them versus other games for my college class. I wanted to include a bit on the first game that had a customizable option or two and I would like to know which one that was. I tried googling it, but couldn't find anything. Throughout the lesson, she has the children sit on the side and kick their legs in the water, and stand at the side then jump in...

It isn't like other games like craps or black jack where you are playing against a certain set of rule, in poker you play against players and humans are unpredictable at best. So you would have to buy one of those games and then Eye of the North. As for which game to buy that depends on which story you would like to play as well as which profession you want to play as well. The core professions, which are available in all games, are warrior, monk, ranger, mesmer, necromancer, and elementalist. If get Factions then you are able to choose assassin or ritualist as your profession and if you get Nightfall you are able to choose paragon or Dervish.
In the sources section I have provided links to the profession page on the wiki, the Hall of Monuments page on the wiki (so you know what actions you have to complete), as well as the site for the HoM calculator which tells you what you have unlocked for GW2. For the calculator site, just input the character name at the top. Based on research I have the impression that indie game designers basically just broke into the business on their own and eventually became very successful. If you are more into sci-fi and futuristic guns, Mass Effect is awesome. It has great graphics and intense missions. Its possible my favorite game with the deepest plot i have ever seen. Be prepared for a lot of dialouge, though.

I broke my sims 2 Bon Voyage cd after it had been installed. I have a new computer now but I wanted to know If there was any way to install the game to my new computer without having the cd?

You can play it with or without the motion plus and with or without the nunchucks. The worst part of the game in my opinion is that when you play with two people, instead of a split screen it is just one screen and you have to control the person on the other side of the net, which is hard and confusing. But the game overall is very fun and there is a career mode which is a lot of fun.

It would be used to test pilots. I am looking for a simple game, software or any program that will test this. I've heard of a test where you are supposed to fly (guide) a cursor or box along a line that changes direction.Does anyone know a game that tests speed and accuracy with a joystick?The flight simulator games are synonomous with great accuracy and realism and provide probably the clearest picture of flying an aircraft outside of a professional simulator. However, if you use this software I urge you to prurchase flight simulator 2004 unless you have anything but the best gaming pc ever. FS 2004 strikes a great balance between graphics and smoothness of gameplay - smoothness is important to simulate a real-time flying experience whilst graphics does nothing but make you go 'wow' a bit more. However, it is important to buy the right joystick that will give the best feedback. I dont know of an exact model but check amazon for some really good reviews of different joysticks that come as cheap as 30 or 40 pounds.

When me and my friends play LAN we like to launch it through the console. Normally we do the sv_lan 1, net_start then map blah blah blah and can scroll down and select from the choice of campaign maps. But if we want to play survival/versus how do we choose this game mode in l4d2? What are the map names for survival mode? I only putt on a putting green to gauge the speed of the greens before I play.|||The most useful indoor practice is short putts. I read an article quite some time time ago in Golf Digest about Calvin Peete, and it has worked well for me over the years. To gain confidence on short putts, he would practice 4-5 footers on carpet and putt to the end of a 2x4 piece of wood. The end of a 2x4 is 3-1/2" wide, and when the ball hits that piece of pine, it makes a very cool "doink" noise. When you practice these short putts, keep your head still and wait to hear the noise before looking up.
If your carpet is just not the right kind for putting, you can buy a small practice green at your golf shop for under $30. Good luck with your tryouts. When you get to the real practice greens on the golf course, don't putt to the cups. Put a tee in the ground and put to that, instead. On a side note if your old school like me and still have a ps2 get allied general and panzer general. They are the best 2 turn based wargames ever made. very realistic with supply line etc and can be played solo.|||Oh i as like 4 years old when i saw my dad and his mates playing axis and allies. Looks like a good game, i never played it.

I'm looking for something that is more strategic and realistic in terms of how a real general would plan and forward a war movement.

Thanks again.What Board Game is better Axis and Allies or Diplomacy?I believe Acquire is one of the best 3-or-more player strategy games, having hidden tiles, space concepts, and shrewd maneuvering of corporate chains (mergers, including hostile takeovers). Money matters, but attack angles are paramount on its 10 X 12 board.
Of course, chess has all your elements. Especially if you use the Kriegspiel variant (German for "Art of War"), where you don't get to see the enemy - just defeat them!
Stratego is also really good at the basics.
Many of the Avalon Hill war games excel, but are complicated - such as Midway, Battle Of The Bulge, Tactics (Tactics II), and Squad Leader (Panzer Blitz, Panzer Leader).|||For a realistic war game check out "Where There Is Discord"
