Public hosuing is in the projects and you don't want to live there. Why not go to school at a state school in a small town, in my opinion it's more fun, more of a true college experience, plus you can rent an apartment for $175 in Charleston, IL where Eastern Illinois is.Free or low rent housing for chicago college students?
