How to plan a luau in Chicago in ONE WEEK!!!?

My birthday is in exactly one week from today. I've been trying to plan a luau themed party/get together on the beach. To keep the food cost down Im inviting my whole family (about 15 people) and only my 5 best friends. How much meat do I need to buy if I want to bbq hot dogs, hamburgers, and chicken wings? Some of my family are vegetarian (about 5 of them). How many veggies do I need for them? Also about 3 of the people coming are babies and toddlers so I know they won't eat that much. How much will all the meat cost and how much will all the veggies cost? Also I want to buy this thing from party city thats like 4 post combined together (http://www.partycity.com/product/summer+all-in-one+party+decoration+20ft+x+20ft.do?sortby=ourPicks%26amp;pp=60%26amp;size=all%26amp;navSet=116792 )

and you can put it up inside your house but I wanted to know if I could take that on a public beach, put tables under it, just for my family. Will I get in trouble for that? Will people think Im trying to block them off from parts of the beach? Can I play a radio on the beach? If you have any other ideas about plannng this luau please let me know and if you know of any places that sell in bulk like sam"s club could you let me know who and their prices. Please and Thank you.How to plan a luau in Chicago in ONE WEEK!!!?

You will need to call the Chicago Park District number in the links below to find out about other beaches. Have a Great Birthday! How to plan a luau in Chicago in ONE WEEK!!!?
It's summer and you have vegetarians coming ... you need fruit.

Make a cool fruit platter that people can snack on.

He's a cool one that would look nice with the luau theme:
