What happens when a baseball manager gets thrown out of the game by the umpire?

I was watching a baseball game on television. (I won't say what team) And, the manager came out of the dugout to talk to one of the umpires about a call that he didn't agree with and the umpire threw him out of the game. What happens when he is thrown out of the game? Where does he go and does he get to come back later in the game? What happens when a baseball manager gets thrown out of the game by the umpire? He ought to be suspended for a game ot three, but "This Bud's for You" does have the cajonnes to do that.

What part of sportmanship is it that the managers dont understand. Dont they know that kids are watching ? I have seen eight year olds do what they see Joe Girardi and Lou Piniella do. I sure hope they are proud of themselves.

or why dont the teams suspend them ? I guess the youth is not important to them. I just hope THEIR kids turn out like that|||hahah that's my boy girardi! go yanks!! he has to go in the clubhouse, leave the dugout. another bench coach (in this case tony pena) will take over the managerial position. he cannot come back later in the game and the other coaches are not aloud to consult him for anything. he is no longer the manager of that game. when he got thrown out, he handed his managerial position over to his bench coach. hope that helped. go yanks!! woohoo!!What happens when a baseball manager gets thrown out of the game by the umpire?he is ejected of the baseball game either to parking lot to home or to the club house where he is allowed to be. he cannot be the manager of game at the moment. In till next year.|||lol its girardi. i'm watching the yankees game too. the play was that jeter was out. and the yankees game is the only one on now.the other games are at 7. the manager leaves the dugout and someone is the acting managerWhat happens when a baseball manager gets thrown out of the game by the umpire? He goes back to the clubhouse and he doesn't get to return later in the game.
