What is the best console game system to get right now?

I'm looking to get a new game system (360 or PS3) i've noticed that the 360's are very cheap. Is Microsoft getting ready to release a new one or would it be okay to get one.What is the best console game system to get right now?No, Microsoft have just released a new xbox 360 "slim" with built in wifi and more reliable like the PS3. They are cheaper because extras are more expensive like bigger harddrives.



1. Games

Some games are exclusive, meaning they only are for one console. For instant Uncharted is only on PS3 and halo is only on Xbox 360.

Xbox tends to be more for shooters:

Halo, Gears of War, Left 4 Dead

PS3 is a bit more vaired: littlebigplanet, metal gear solid, flower, motorstorm, infamous



2. The Network/Online.

What do your friends have? if you want to play with them on the same network you need the same console.

PS3 its free with an optional subscription for early demos, discounts etc.

Xbox 360 is $50 a year, not optional



3. Money.

With PS3 you pay for everything inclusive. Xbox 360 charges money for online so it may become more expensive.

1. What games do I want to play.

2. The Consoles Network.

Check what your friends have so you can play with them on the same network. When you play a game you don't use a all console network. PS3 have there PSN xbox 360 uses xbox live, so if you have ps3 and your friends have xbox 360 even if the game is identical. You will not play on the same network.



3. Money to spend.

This is important bc if you don't have or you have less, then you cant buy it. Plus you need the money for the game. With playstation you have a free subscription to the psn but xbox 360 charges money, yes in psn you have playstation plus kinda like the xbox. Some say its worth but I haven't tried it out, guess its personal opinion/taste.



To put it simple take the time and think what you want/need, so you don`t make a mistake and have to regret it.What is the best console game system to get right now?i would say a ps3 for its good games and free wi-fi|||PSTRIPLE!
