For a second i had assumed you read the whole article, but that would be a silly assumption. You quote the first 3 paragraphs and decide that is proof enough. The rest of the article goes into detail about how Chrysler and GM were the two companies that were bailed out. Nowhere in the article does it indicate that Ford was bailed out. Secondly, he is speaking at all three plants because employment is improving at all three. Just as he speaks of other improvements in employment in other sectors. I encourage reading the entirety of all articles, it will really improve your currently myopic understanding of the world.

At no point in this article does the President claim that any money went to Ford. In fact, the article talks about loans to Chrysler and GM, not Ford.

Edit: I KNOW you're not talking about Cash for Clunkers as a bailout! Obviously, because that would dispute your claim. The thing is, although I'm not a democrat, I can see when some people on the right contradict themselves. When they want to accuse Obama of interfering with the auto-industry, they call what he's done for Ford a bailout, but other times, when the auto-industry benefitted from it, albeit indirectly, it's not a bailout. You can't have it both ways.

Ford wasn't "doing well" they were just "getting by"... they thought about the bailout and said they would wait and see... if Cash for Clunkers wasn't started, they may have had to take some money? hard to say...
