Lawyers or Paralegals, can any of you explain the RICO Act?

And why the DNC and all current Democrats holding Federal elective positions, like Speaker of the House and Majority Leader of the Senate) should not be prosecuted under it?





Evidence: Every day that Soetoro is allowed to illegally stay in office, we are crippled more and more and it will be more and more difficult to recover our country.





I was thinking over the holiday and came up with something. What it entails is trying to find a Federal prosecutor to file charges against the DNC for racketeering under the RICO act. Perhaps you know someone.





Christine Gregory Gov Washington State (D) was elected fraudulently by non-existent voters, all with the same listed home address, voted for her along with naturally a lot of dead people. This was fought by the Republicans for a short time, then like Minnesota "To not further divide bla bla bla" and then caved.





Tom Delay, Texas (R). Had false charges levied against him by a Democrat Prosecutor. The charges were bogus. After Delay had been attacked publicly and, he could no longer effectively handle his defense and his public office responsibilities, he resigned and the charges were dropped for lack of evidence or substance. Replaced with a Democrat.





Change names and states, same story. Now it's Ted Stevens (R) and Alaska. Another frivolous batch of law suits, to be dropped after Stevens is forced out of office. Vacated seat taken by a Democrat.





Norm Coleman/Al Franken Minnesota. Al Franken wins with fraudulent votes. More votes cast that registered voters. Secretary of State an obama plant. Republicans surrender with "To not further divide bla bla bla and caved."





Latest victim Sarah Paliln. Driven from office by Democrats filing frivolous charges constantly to cost her personal money and the state money to fight. Another example of abuse of the legal system to political purpose.





Obama a/k/a Soetoro began his illegal activity in Chicago in which he used members of the Black Panthers and ACORN to intimidate other Democrats to eliminate any opposition to his start with the seat in the Illinois senate. He has abused the legal system ever since including using the same tactics to reach the White House and change the scope of politics.





There is nothing to keep you from being the next victim. Except those of us attempting to stop the lawlessness that plagues our current legal and election system.





If this isn't evidence of "Racketeering Influenced Organized Crime" I don't know what is. In this case obama is just the figurehead. By naming the Democratic Party as a criminal organization, as I believe it qualifies for, we would be going after snakes head.





How can this country have "fair" elections when one party is consistently and regularly violating and abusing the election laws and the legal system for political purposes. And accross state lines.





Do we want multiple crime families vying for votes, or do we want to force the Democrat Party to follow the law and clean up their act so that there is a crime free election system?





This all began with Al Gore and the election in Florida in 2000. It has blossomed like prohibition in Chicago during the Al Capone and Machine Gun Kelly days. We need to put a stop to it.





Is there anyone with the integrity, backbone, and guts to enforce the current law in this country? Or are we, as I contend, now living in a lawless society?|||Are you kidding? Washington state votes almost entirely by mail with the exception of one county - they mail an official ballot to your home with your name and in your name only two weeks before election, which you also have to sign...highly unlikely there was voter fraud. He lost, get over it.





Palin quit. If she wanted to tough it out like, I don't know, every other politician in the country, then she certainly could have done so. Instead, she spit in her constituents and her contributors faces by quitting because life got hard.





Then there is the Minnesota Supreme Court. Seems like republicans have a lot of problems with elections lately.|||Brainless is right bud. Seems to me like you are getting all your "facts" from a biased source. Political journalists are almost as untrustworthy as politicians. They all have something to gain by bending the truth until it supports their views.





And your view is askewed.
